Cost
The $399 registration fee includes all sessions and materials, breakfasts and lunches each day, break refreshments, and the cocktail reception with the Exhibitors.

Coding Track
By request, we are conducting a specific track for coders. PPMIS has been approved by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) to offer coding-specific classes for credits (6 CEUs). Coders will be able to attend almost all group general sessions and networking events. Coding Track registration is sold out!
Hotel
This year’s conference will be held at the newly renovated Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza. This location is steps away from the countless shops and restaurants at the classic Country Club Plaza. Room reservations are accepted until Sunday, May 27, 2012, or until the block is full, to guarantee the PPMIS rate of $145.00 per night. The group rate is available June 14 – 22, 2012. The Marriott offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the Country Club Plaza.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be received on or before Friday, May 11, 2012. Registration fee less a $100.00 administration fee will be refunded. Cancellations after May 11, 2012 will not be refunded.
Attire
Business casual attire is recommended for the User Summit sessions and social events. Please note that the conference rooms are air conditioned, therefore dressing in layers or bringing a light jacket is highly recommended.
Travel
The Marriott is 35 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport. We recommend arriving in the afternoon on Sunday, June 17 for early registration and networking events, and selecting departure times after 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 20. Kansas City Transportation Group offers a SuperShuttle one-way rate of $20 per person and Yellow Cab rate of approximately $50. Call 816.471.1234 or 800.808.1131 to make your arrangements.

The average temperature in Kansas City during the month of June is a high of 86 degrees and a low of 57 degrees Fahrenheit, so be sure to pack accordingly.
