Easily view available appointments and provider schedules by provider, facility, or patient. Various calendar views let you lengthen appointments, shorten them, or move appointments to a different day or time with a few mouse clicks.

Use Plus Patient Scheduler to:

• Attach documents related to patient information, for example, driver’s license or insurance card.
• Avoid scheduling conflicts by managing simultaneous booking of providers when they work multiple appointments at the same time.
• Block time for facilities or providers for individual or recurring time blocks, for example, consult, meeting, lunch, and other absences.
• Schedule appointments for patients for one or more providers.
• Track referrals for treatment series for insurance payers that require them.

Because Plus Patient Scheduler is fully integrated with the Plus Billing system you can:

• Export appointments in a charge batch to Charge Entry as new cases that includes patient and guarantor demographics, insurance information, and patient notes.
• Gather initial patient information, including demographics and insurance coverage.

Plus Patient Scheduler uses facilities, persons (patients, guarantors, and subscribers), providers, and insurance payers from your Plus Billing system.
