Connect Scan Center is the utility for document management that creates image sets from scanned documents and imported images related to patient records. These image sets are attached to related charges and payments in Back Office.

Scan Center seamlessly integrates with any TWAIN compatible scanner, which means little or no additional set up is required. The Xerox® DocuMate 262 scanner is recommended.

Use Scan Center to:

  • Scan the original source of any correspondence exchanged between providers, payers, patients, guarantors, and the other parties involved in medical billing.
  • Import any image that you want to attach to a charge or payment.
