Agenda
Early registration begins Sunday afternoon, June 12, 2011. Sessions begin Monday, June 13 at 8:00 A.M. and end on Wednesday, June 15 at 2:00 P.M. The detailed agenda can be viewed here.
Hotel
This year’s conference will be held at the newly renovated Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza. This location is steps away from the countless shops and restaurants at the classic Country Club Plaza.
Room reservations at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza must be received on or before Sunday, May 22, 2011 to guarantee the PPMIS rate of $142.00 per night. The group rate is available June 10 – 16, 2011, or until the block is full.
The Marriott offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the Country Club Plaza.
Guest Pass
A Guest pass is available for $75.00 per person. This package includes Monday’s cocktail reception with the sponsors and Tuesday’s Evening of Jazz dinner and live jazz music.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be received on or before Friday, May 13, 2011. Registration fee less a $100.00 administration fee will be refunded. Cancellations after Friday, May 13, 2011 will not be refunded.
Attire
Business casual attire is recommended for the User Summit sessions and social events. Please note that the conference rooms are air conditioned, therefore dressing in layers or bringing a light jacket is recommended.
Travel
The Marriott is 35 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport. We recommend arriving in the afternoon on Sunday, June 12 for early registration, and selecting departure times after 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 15.
Kansas City Transportation Group offers a SuperShuttle one-way rate of $20 per person and Yellow Cab rate of approximately $50. Call 816.471.1234 or 800.808.1131 to make your arrangements.
Weather
The average temperature in Kansas City during the month of June is a high of 86 degrees and a low of 57 degrees Fahrenheit, so be sure to pack accordingly.
