Use Plus Patient Scheduler to:
- Attach documents related to patient information, for example, drivers license or insurance card.
- Avoid scheduling conflicts by managing simultaneous booking of providers when they work multiple appointments at the same time.
- Block time for facilities or providers for individual or recurring time blocks, for example, consult, meeting, lunch, and other absences.
- Schedule appointments for patients for one or more providers.
- Track referrals for treatment series for insurance payers that require them.
Because Plus Patient Scheduler is fully integrated with the Plus Billing system you can:
- Export appointments in a charge batch to Charge Entry as new cases that includes patient and guarantor demographics, insurance information, and patient notes.
- Gather initial patient information, including demographics and insurance coverage.
Plus Patient Scheduler uses facilities, persons (patients, guarantors, and subscribers), providers, and insurance payers from your Plus Billing system.
