Plus Image Management – Enhancement

Install the current drivers and setup your scanner to operate independently of Image Management.PPMIS is pleased to announce the transformation of Image Management that will be included in an upcoming Plus Billing release. This transformation includes several enhancements that offer you more flexibility with your scanning options.

Because you are no longer required to scan documents in Image Management, you can use any scanner that outputs JPG, TIF, GIF, and BMP file formats. These images will be stored in a folder on your network or computer, and then identified and attached to cases and checks in Image Management.

To prepare for the new Image Management, make sure that your scanner is set up and ready to go.

  1. Install the current drivers and setup your scanner to operate independently of Image Management.
  2. Train your office staff to use your scanner, including how to adjust the scanner settings for black to white ratio. Your staff should be able to:
  • Scan single page documents.
  • Scan multiple page documents.
  • Separate multiple paged documents into individual documents.
  • Duplex multiple paged documents.

Watch for the upcoming Webinars offered by Client Support to learn more about the new functionality.
