The following positions are currently available:

Client Support Specialist/Trainer

  • Deliver custom and standard training to clients, including Connect platform and Plus application suite client training.
  • Create agenda and delivery of additional training.
  • Create and maintain all training materials delivered, including hard copy, Web presentations, and online tutorials.
  • Work closely with Technical Writers to coordinate development training materials.
  • Deliver training to RCM Services staff.
  • Provide continuing education of PPMIS staff.
  • Provide assistance to the Sales Department for RFP’, training on PPMIS products, possible assistance with out-of office conferences or prospective client sites.
  • Travel throughout the United States to meet and work with clients.
  • Assess client training requirements and work with other project team members to prepare training objectives and agendas.
  • Assist in the development of client implementation project plans.
  • Ensure client end users are properly training in the areas of the application related to their job function.
  • Serve as the client’s onsite application expert, ensuring that system setup is congruent with client-defined project goals.
  • Assist Client Support with issue escalation and resolution.
  • Develop and train at annual PPMIS User Summits.
  • Provide telephone software support.
  • Monitor and respond to Support queue tickets in CRM.

Requirements:

This is an exempt position, requires working overtime as necessary, and requires travel 20-30% nationwide.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and two years of related medical billing, two years of related experience in education program development and/or staff development and training; or equivalent combination of education and training.

EDI Specialist I

  • Provide expert support to clients for functional and design issues.
  • Work with clients to recommend market requirements for new products and enhancements to existing products.
  • Create business and functional requirements for product design efforts.
  • Analyze client information to determine implementation of new products and enhancements to existing software.
  • Manage and coordinate interface development process for electronic claim processing, EDC, and ERA.
  • Train PPMIS staff on new EDI functionality within the software suites.
  • Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems.
  • Complete, verfiy, and follow all electronic enrollments for claims, ERA, and statements for the Connect platform.
  • Review all electronic claims daily for the Connect platform, and notify PPMIS staff, clients, and development of any issues.
  • Act as subject matter expert on all ANSI transactions supported by the suite of PPMIS products.
  • Act as subject matter expert on demographic download formats.
  • Work directly with Technical Services and development to resolve issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and training.
