Formed by anesthesiologists to serve the anesthesia specialty, our goal is providing our clients with industry leading software products and services.

Because we understand the complexity of billing for anesthesia, our products and services take the everyday complications out of medical billing. Our clients are located in over 40 states and vary in size from one provider practices to billing services with hundreds of providers. Although our specialty is anesthesia and pain management, our client’s specialties include but are not limited to anesthesia, pain management, ENT, and plastic surgery.

PPMIS is a U.S. based company with 100% of its development done at our headquarters in Mission, Kansas. Our staff is dedicated to delivering the most comprehensive solution available for medical billing.
