LOGO & TRADEMARK GUIDELINES
 
Visual and verbal messaging are critical components to reinforce the strength of the PPMIS brand in the marketplace. Our message is simple and direct and is demonstrated by our clear and uncluttered visual presentation. These guidelines are to ensure that the PPMIS company name and its products are communicated consistently to our targeted markets. The guidelines for copy and visual design are both integral to the proper presentation of the products and of the PPMIS brand name to our customers.
 

Proper Usage of PPMIS Logos

Although the PPMIS logo and product logos can be reproduced as a vector or raster images, JPG and GIF formats are the recommended formats. These formats ensure that the image will have limited distortion when downsizing the PPMIS logo or its product logos. Enlarging vector graphics is not recommended. If a larger graphic size is needed, send a request to PPMIS.
 

  • The PPMIS company logo cannot be sized less than one inch wide. The clear space surrounding the PPMIS logo must be 25% of the image.
  • The clear space around the product logos must be at least one-third the diameter of the orb. When using multiple logos, all logos must be relative in size.
  • The PPMIS logo and product logos can be placed on one of the following backgrounds: white, PPMIS blue, 100% black, 85% black, 55% black, or 25% black.

Proper Usage of Product Names

PPMIS products are trademarked as either a registered trademark or service mark. Protecting our trademarks is essential. Using our trademarks correctly and consistently in all communications ensure that maximum value is attributed to the PPMIS brand. Trademarks must always be used as a proper adjective followed by a generic term. For proper usage of product names, see the following sections:
 
Connect Product Name
The first time the product name is used in written communication, it must be used with the service mark symbol SM (a superscript SM) as a proper adjective followed by a generic term, for example, PPM: ConnectSM platform. Thereafter, it may be used as Connect. The Connect platform has many applications that must also be uniquely identified.
 
Applications in the Connect platform must be referenced as Connect [application name]:

  • Connect Administration
  • Connect Back Office
  • Connect Front Office
  • Connect Mobile Assistance
  • Connect Reportal
  • Connect Scan Center

Plus Product Name
The first time the product name is used in written communication, it must be used with the ® symbol as a proper adjective followed by a generic term, for example, PPM Plus® application suite. Thereafter, it may be used as Plus. The Plus application suite has many applications that must also be uniquely identified.
 
Applications in the Plus application suite must be referenced as Plus [application name]:

  • Plus Billing
  • Plus Image Management
  • Plus Recovery Services
  • Plus Report Writer
  • Plus Scheduler
