Emdeon has notified PPMIS that as of mid-August 2010 the legacy RPT reports will no longer be distributed via the download. The information that is currently included in the RPT reports will be available from the Emdeon Vision for Claim Management Web site.
You will still be able to download the 997 and Payer specific reports using the same method that you do currently. However, to obtain the information from the RPT reports, you must use Emdeon Vision Suite and the Cross Reference Table for RPT Reports document.
- To use Emdeon Vision Suite, register with Emdeon directly. See the instructions in the Important section.
- To use the Cross Reference Table for RPT Reports document, go to MyPPMIS and download the document from the Plus Billing section on the Product Documentation page (https://www.ppminfo.com/myppminfo.aspx?pgID=894.

To obtain the RPT reports, you must register for the Emdeon Vision Suite service by the date of this processing change. Register now!
PPMIS encourages you to enroll as soon as possible. After August 2010, you will only be able to get your RPT reports through this free service provided by Emdeon.

1. Go to www.emdeon.com/signup.
2. Complete and submit the registration.
Emdeon will contact you within two business days with your log in credentials and a quick training session for using Emdeon Vision.
