Mission, Kansas – May 11, 2010 – PPM Information Solutions, Inc. (PPMIS), industry-leading provider of medical billing and practice management solutions, announced today that Tim James has joined the organization as President and Chief Operating Officer. He will be based at PPMIS headquarters in Mission, Kansas.
Prior to joining PPMIS, James was the COO of XenoTech, LLC, a scientific research company focused in pre-clinical drug development. James joined XenoTech as CTO and also served as VP of Technology and Regulatory.

James earned a BA in Chemistry from Mid-America Nazarene University and an Executive MBA from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
