PPMIS Support Center Announcement

PPMIS is pleased to announce PPMIS Support Center, our new ticketing system for reporting and tracking support issues. As announced at the PPMIS 2009 User Summit, our Support Center provides full visibility to your support issues. The PPMIS Support Center link on our Web site gives you direct access to this ticketing system.

The PPMIS Support Center streamlines the process of reporting and tracking support issues. You will use PPMIS Support Center to report issues to Client Support, and then to track them at your convenience. You will be able to monitor the status of each ticket that you submit to PPMIS and when necessary attach the proper documentation required for PPMIS to investigate and resolve your issue. This fully automated system provides continual communication via e-mails that are triggered by the activity recorded whether submitting a new ticket, updating a ticket, commenting on the issue, or closing the issue once it is resolved.

PPMIS is currently piloting the Support Center to ensure a smooth rollout. The PPMIS Support Center will be rolled out in phases with our CAB members being the first phase. Full rollout is expected to be completed by the end of November 2009.
